The PA West Online Risk Management System allows Clubs to certify online. |
| Every Coach, Assistant Coach, Manager, Trainer, Board Member and Volunteer must certify for Risk Management. |
There is a $10 charge to Apply or Reapply when your current clearance expires. Your clearance will expire two (2) years from the date of submission. This fee is directly allocated to running a National Background Check. You can pay by check or credit card. We are asking that you pay for this fee upfront. Please print off a receipt to give to the club after you have completed the process. The club is giving you one of two choices. You can either: A. Submit your receipt and the club will cut you a check for $10 B. Print your receipt, submit it at winter registration and receive a $10 discount. Please verify with Jennifer Lee that you have completed the background check or the club could be fined.
