Registration for Fall Season
Registration will be held for the Fall season at the following
date and times; Saturday June 19th 9:30 am - 11:00 am Boston Soccer
Fields at the pavilion
TThe final date for
registration will be June 25th. Please contact the registrar for
assistance.

Players registering for the first time are
required to show proof of age (Birth Certificate).

Each family must purchase 6 raffle tickets
@ $5.00 each ($30) and then sell them outright. Ticket stubs to be returned at
a later date. |
All players MUST participate in a fundraiser
or buy-out.

$20.00 Late Fee will be imposed on all registrations received after the last
registration sign-up. No Exceptions! Acceptance of Late Registrations are
subject to team availability and board approval! Signed registration form and
all fees must be submitted to be eligible.
