Each family must purchase 7 raffle tickets
@ $5.00 each ($35) and then sell them outright. Ticket stubs to be returned at
a later date.

$15.00 Late Fee will be imposed on all registrations received after the last
registration sign-up. No Exceptions! Acceptance of Late Registrations are
subject to team availability and board approval! Signed registration form and
