The link will remain open until the end of June. A basic guide for the on-line process can be found by "clicking" on the link titled Basic Guide. Basic Guide - Click Here 1st Time Players!!!! Players registering for the first time are required to show proof of age (Birth Certificate Copy). Traveling Players MUST provide the following at time of registration by up-loading, please have these items prepared and ready prior to starting the on-line process. You will NOT be permitted to finish the on-line registration process without the following   NO Exceptions!!!   Copy of Birth Certificate (Optional)   Small 1x1 school photograph Further information on file types and sizing can be found in the Basic Guide A copy of a birth certificate MUST be mailed to the registrar if you choose not to up-load a copy. please note that the birth certificates are NOT stored electronically, once verification of age is completed, all copies are destroyed (deleted). FUNDRAISER!!    Each family must purchase 8 raffle tickets @ $5.00 each ($40) and then sell them outright. Instructions for returning the Ticket Stubs to EFSA will be included at the time of distribution. Tickets will be distributed by your coach at the start of the season. They will be month long tickets the drawing dates will be noted on the tickets Payable on the 15th of that month and first of the following month   All families MUST participate in the fundraiser. Only one Fundraising fee per family. FEES Registration & Uniform FEES Amount In House Registration $50.00 In House Reversible Jersey $25.00 Traveling Registration $60.00 Traveling Uniform Package $50.00 A $20.00 Late Fee will be imposed on all registrations received after registration has closed. A $50.00 Late Fee will be assessed after EFSA has declared teams with PAWest. No Exceptions! Please contact the regiastrar using the e-mail link below for all late registrations.
